What to Expect for Your First Psychic Reading - by Ann George - Psychic

Image
Notes on what is possible and appropriate when consulting a psychic. People coming for their first psychic reading may not have any idea what to expect.  The scenarios provided by movies and television are very far removed from the reality of a consultation with an experienced psychic.  At my studio the emphasis is on your well being. When you are coming for a reading this is your time to get your needs met. My goal is to provide honest, accurate answers to your questions to the best of my ability. I will give you my full attention and help you feel at ease by answering any questions you have about the reading process.  A good psychic reading should provide you clarity, insight and direction. You  may also feel validated, affirmed and empowered. You may find the energy of the reading process is very comfortable . With each clear answer you might be both exhilarated and relaxed.  I have published a list of frequently asked questions for y...

Creating a Frequency - How We Access the Akashic with Tarot

Image
I often write articles to help people understand the metaphysics of seeing the future. My motive is to help new clients feel comfortable when they come for a psychic reading with Tarot.  I will always prefer the word “clairvoyant’ to describe the services I offer. It seems a cleaner description, to be “clear seeing.”  Lately I have been helping first clients come to a greater peace for their session by explaining an aspect of “how” we get to the Akashic Record to find the answers to their questions. I will post that explanation here, and hope you enjoy it. You do need to come to the table with questions. Really, anyone who sits for a reading already has questions, they may not yet be clearly articulated, but we sit for readings to gain insights we don’t yet have. Often we just want clarity, insight, a sense of what is happening.  The process of accessing the Akashic begins when you speak your question. Let’s use the example question of “Show me the outcome...

A Note To New Clients • Psychic Readings by Ann George

Image
After working 20 years as a professional Tarot consultant and medium, there are some questions that are always uncomfortable for me.  One of those is “Is my partner cheating on me.”  If you do indeed want hard evidence that your partner is actually having a physical, sexual affair there are still private detectives who will trail your husband, wife or lover and provide you hard evidence that yes there is cheating.  In the same way medical questions are best handled by a doctor. I am happy to look and see if you have chosen the best doctor for your needs, I am happy to find the best way for you to prepare for an operation, but it is not ethical for me to “see” medical issues and to be the final answer when it comes to your health.  If we have been working together for years and prior questions such as “Show me the best way to live a long, healthy life.” have been asked and answered, then you may have chosen to see a doctor for troubles I see that may...

The 15 Minute Clairvoyant Reading • What Can Be Accomplished?

Image
While some readers charge by the minute, I offer two session lengths instead. I have found this is the best way help my clients. ).This post covers the 15 minute reading ($40). The benefits of booking time to ask questions are many, the most important being that you are able to come to the session knowing which questions to ask, which are most important, and how much (if any) discussion you would like in session. In a fifteen minute reading I am able to fully answer one, two or three questions. The empowered question - questions you ask to see the outcome of a decision or choice in any life area - are best.  Free will questions such as “Will I?” or “Should I” are not suggested for several reasons. First, you know what you will and won’t do.  Second: You have the ability to make any decisions you like and the ability to change your mind at any time. It would be foolish of me to try to predict or to foresee your decision on any topic at an unknown point in tim...

Are You Nervous? Your Tarot Reading Is All About You.

Image
Some clients are nervous when they sit for their first reading, just as many people are nervous or uncomfortable in any new situation where they are allowing themselves to be vulnerable to a new experience.  Some clients have a fear of Tarot  in particular. They have been told  that  it is wrong, or dangerous to consult a reader. Some people have been shamed for seeking psychic insights.      This kind of treatment could cause anyone to be nervous when coming for a reading!  If you are my client, whether in person or by telephone appointment, I am present to provide you a service. My responsibility is to answer your questions. My responsibility is to tell you the truthful answer.  I will not surprise you with answers to unasked questions. I don’t “see the future” in general. The future is always changing and readings help you make the best changes possible.  I do not make predictions. I don’t give advic...

How to Consult a Medium About Suicides

Image
A new client today was curious about her reading. She wanted to know how I knew what I knew. She found her session helpful and was curious about my process. My only response the same: I was born knowing and seeing things that others do not know or see. I have always had visits from persons who have crossed from this life to the next. I have seen them even when they could not speak. I have respect for those who come in peace, and “sit” with them as need be.  I have leaned that the “dead” have feelings just as the living do. The feelings and needs of the departed are as important to me as those of the living. I respect the dead, and when I am asked to find them, to help a living person communicate with them, I have a responsibility to care for the feelings of both living and dead.  I do not want anyone to be hurt, to be frightened during a mediumship session. I must do no harm. I am also charged with the responsibility to tell the seeker the honest answer to any ...
